(you can always change the download location From Menu under Tools then Options in General 1/2 way down the page, change to Desktop if that helps you out or use Always Ask Me Where To Save Files). Adobe flash player is the most widely used application for accessing the flash content on web, flash player supports multi operating system such as Windows. "Double click" or better yet tell it to open location if can. Open your Download folder by clicking the download inverted arrow next to the search bar and should it show up there. Saw to come out of Firefox - but then what about accessing the download folder? I am struggling with the help info as I am not very computer literate - just trying to create a photobook that requires me to have Adobe Flash Player 20! Giving up! I am using Windows. Been reading various 'helps' - one said click on 'tools' in tool bar which don't seem to have. Saved Adobe Flash Player loads of time - all in my download folder, but nothing happens when I click on them.
